First P-day Letter - Wisdom

8/7/2018
Hello everybody. I kind of have a lot to talk about for my first message so here we go.

My first week here has been pretty great.
The food is a lot better then I thought it would be, it is actually amazing most of the time, and I'm  always going back for seconds. The chocolate milk is probably the greatest thing I have ever tasted.

I really don't have any complaints about the MTC, other than getting a cold the first weekend here. It has been a amazing experience and my district is a group of amazing people.

The MTC has so many amazing murals that I am happy to share my favorite ones with you guys.
I can't figure out how to position pictures so they are all at the bottom.
My favorite is of either Moses parting the Red Sea or the brother of Jared praying to God to light the 16 stones.

I have other pictures and stories to tell and share but I do not have any more space to send them.

I would just like to thank everybody who has sent me their love and support and the important thing I would like to share is how blessed and loved I feel. Not just from you guys but for having this gospel in my life. The MTC has been amazing and I feel I have already learned so much.
Thank you all again and I know that this gospel is true and I know that Christ is our Savior and Redeemer and I say this in the name of Jesus Christ amen.

There is some more stuff I would like to share but I don't have enough space but if you would like to talk to me or ask me anything you can email me anytime. I'm just only answering and replying on Tuesdays for now. I hope to here from you all at some time and know I love all of you.

From left to right
Elder Kenney, Elder Van Ausdal(my companion), Elder Renteria, Elder Dwyer(my roommates, Me, Elder Miller, Elder Bird, Elder Write (our fearless district leader)
Sister Flexhaug, Sister Brown, Sister Kimball, Sister West

I'll do a second email for today because I do have a few more things I was to share.

The first is I did finally run into this awesome Elder while we are both at the MTC, if you don't know this is Elder LeBaron and he is a awesome guy and I'm glad I got to talk with him again before we leave.

Second, you can see the BYU stadium. I have a great view of it from my classroom and that's awesome!

Third, we were all encouraged to get the family search app and we all got to find how, as a district,  we are all related to each other . . . so that's cool.

And last but certainly not least probably the most important thing on this list (probably not but it's pretty great) is the second day here I got to meet the MTC cat and it is the nicest cat ever.

So those are just some exiting things that I want to share with y'all and I thank you all for listening.
